Dolphin Capital Investors Limited (‘DCI.L’) is among the last real investment vehicles listed on the AIM at the London Stock Exchange targeting South East European property market.
The company has raised its capital to EUR 104 million, aiming investments exclusively in residential resort developments in Greece, Cyprus, Turkey and Croatia as per LSE’s announcement on 8 December 2005.
The Investment Manager of Dolphin Capital Investors, Dolphin Capital Partners Limited is an independent investment management business founded in 2004 by Miltos Kambourides, previously a founding member and is now a Retired Partner of Soros Real Estate Partners.
Dolphin Capital Investors was capitalised in the summer of 2005. The lead institutional investor was Fortress Investment Group LLC, a New York based investor in real estate private equity with approximately USD 15 billion of equity capital under management.
